1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Linear–HubSpot integration and related services (“Services”) provided by Atlantic DevOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Our Services connect your HubSpot CRM with Linear project management, including app cards, workflow actions, and synchronization of tickets and issues. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Your Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate account and billing information; (b) keep your HubSpot and Linear credentials and integrations secure; (c) use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of HubSpot and Linear; and (d) not misuse the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of signup. You may cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are handled as stated at the time of purchase or in separate refund policy communications.
5. Intellectual Property
Atlantic DevOps and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. You receive only a limited right to use the Services as described in these terms.
6. Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlantic DevOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these terms or for other reasons with notice where required. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
